Terms of use

The rules for using Cluvia, in plain language.

1. Who we are, and these terms

Cluvia (operated by Adam Idrissi, United Kingdom) — “we”, “us”. By using Cluvia you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Contact: usecluvia@gmail.com.

2. The service

Cluvia is a web app where you plan a company of AI agents with a CEO agent, hire a team, and the agents research, write, design and ship work — including websites. You can use it on the Free plan or on a paid monthly plan (section 6). Each plan has limits, such as how many companies, runs a day and tasks at once it allows; the app shows your plan's limits in Settings → Plan. Features may change, and we may set reasonable usage limits to keep the service healthy.

3. Your account

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Cluvia to:

We may remove content, and suspend or close accounts, that break these rules or put the service or others at risk. We may report serious or illegal misuse to the authorities.

5. AI outputs — agents can make mistakes

AI agents can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Approval gates and review modes exist to help you catch that, but you should check anything important before relying on it or publishing it. Outputs are not professional advice (legal, financial, medical or otherwise). You are responsible for the websites, emails and messages you approve. We do not guarantee any particular result or outcome.

6. Plans, credits and payments

Who sells, and who takes payment. Cluvia provides the plans and credit top-ups you buy. Payments are processed by Whop (whop.com), the merchant of record for the payment: Whop takes the payment, appears on the charge and sends the receipt. Whop's own terms and privacy policy also apply to the payment.

Plans. Cluvia has a Free plan and three paid plans. Paid plans are monthly only: they are billed in advance and renew automatically each month until you cancel.

Each paid plan includes monthly credits and higher limits than Free. The app shows your plan's credits and limits in Settings → Plan.

Prices and tax. Prices are in US dollars. Prices are shown at checkout and may exclude tax. Where tax applies, it is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Credits. Credits pay for the AI work your agents do. One credit covers $0.001 of AI model cost. The app shows your balance.

Trial credits. Trial credits are given once per person, not once per account. We may withhold or remove them from accounts we reasonably believe were opened to get another trial.

Your own OpenRouter key. On a paid plan you can connect your own OpenRouter key. Model costs billed to your key are charged to you by OpenRouter, under its terms, and use no Cluvia credits. Work that Cluvia still pays for uses credits as usual, and your plan's other limits still apply. You are responsible for what your key spends. Your own key cannot be used on the Free plan.

Changing plan. An upgrade takes effect at once: you check out the higher plan, its first month starts that day at its full price, and your previous plan stops renewing (it is not billed again); its unused included credits stay usable until the end of the period you paid for. To move to a smaller plan, turn off renewal in Whop; your current plan stays until the end of the period you paid for, and you can then choose the smaller plan. A downgrade deletes nothing: companies, agents, sites and other items over the new plan's limits stay as they are, but you cannot add new ones past a limit. The same applies when a paid plan ends and your account returns to the Free plan.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time in your Whop account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. It then ends, and your account returns to the Free plan. Unused monthly credits end with the period; top-up credits stay in your account.

Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails and is not fixed, your plan ends and your account returns to the Free plan.

Refunds. To ask for a refund, contact us (section 13). A refund is not a cancellation: a refunded plan keeps renewing until you cancel it. When a payment is refunded, we remove the credits it added, in proportion to the amount refunded, but never more than are still unused. A chargeback decided in your favour counts as a full refund.

Your right to cancel (UK and EU consumers). If you buy as a consumer in the UK or EU, you may have a legal right to cancel a purchase within 14 days and get a refund. If you ask us to start at once and use the service during those 14 days, we may keep an amount for what you used, where the law allows.

Price changes. We may change our prices. We will email you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your plan. It applies from your first renewal after that, and you can cancel before then if you do not agree.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of what you and your agents create — deliverables, files and websites — and of the data you bring. You grant us the licence we need to host, process and publish it so the service can work. Published websites belong to their publisher; visitors' data collected by their sites is that publisher's responsibility.

8. Our content

The Cluvia app, its interface, guides and brand belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not give you rights to them beyond using the service.

9. Availability

We aim to keep Cluvia running, but it is provided “as is” and may be interrupted, changed or discontinued in parts. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes. If we stop offering a paid plan, it runs until the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew. This section does not limit your legal rights as a consumer.

10. Ending use

You can delete your companies at any time in the app. To delete your account, contact us (section 13); if you have a paid plan, cancel it in Whop first. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, or if we must for legal or security reasons. If we end a paid plan for any other reason, we refund the unused part of the current period.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data beyond our retention practices, and our total liability is limited to the greater of £50 or what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes and contact

If these terms change materially, we will say so in the app. Price changes follow section 6. Questions: usecluvia@gmail.com. Last updated: 7 October 2026.
